Principal's Message

Dear Families of Sierra Park Elementary School,

     Welcome to another year of learning and self-discovery! It is with great honor and excitement that I introduce myself, Richard Quijano, as the new Principal at Sierra Park Elementary School. My passion for education and supporting the success of all students has been shaped over the past 19 years as a classroom teacher, math coach, Gifted and Talented Coordinator, Title 1 and English Language Learner Coordinator and principal. In each of my roles, I have sought to ensure the success of each student and the school, by providing the best instructional and extracurricular opportunities and supports possible. Similarly, it is my number one priority at Sierra Park Elementary to ensure that every student receives the most well-rounded education as possible. As the Principal, I am committed to ensure that our students' needs and interests help shape instruction and extracurricular activities.
